The Me I Never Knew Life Coaching Services was created from a desire to help others grow through periods of adversity, inspired by my own experiences with unfortunate life events. Upon realizing that I had been unintentionally using metacognition skills my entire life to heal through difficult situations that were beyond my control, I developed a passion to extend my healing energy to the world to help others do the same. This endeavor is not just a service; it's a commitment to fostering resilience and empowerment in the face of challenges.
